The Hair
With everything being outside and dealing with the Florida humidity, I think my best option is an up-do. I don't want a traditional up-do though because I feel like they can get too prom-looking, so I want a low up-do with some volume or side swept bangs. Since orchids are a flower we're using throughout the wedding and one of my favorite flowers in general, I want one or two in my hair that matches my bouquet.
Hair Accessories
I bought these small hair pins, the big silk and lace flower and another hair flower below from Etsy AND also a silk cream cymbidium orchid clip. I"m going to take them all to my hair trial and see which one I like best.
The Makeup
Nothing too drastic but not too natural either.
Hair and makeup trial.
The Jewels
Since my dress is halter and has a vintage feel to it, I think only a bracelet and some dangly earrings are necessary. I want to stick with the same vintage feel that my dress and engagement ring have.

The Shoes.
I have to wear flats because with any other shoe height, my feet peak out of my dress because of the length/my height. It's been really hard to find any kind of dressy, cute flats that go with my dress. But I think these might be ok- both from French Sole. I need to try them on with my dress to see for sure.

Bridesmaid Dresses
These are the top three choices- but they'll be in plum color. Melissa Sweet and Vineyard. The first shot is taken while she's taking off her jacket, so it looks little weird, but it's definitely NOT a big bow on it or anything like that!
Update-- The in-state Bridesmaids and my MOH tried on the dresses and they decided on the first dress. Melissa Sweet MS301 in Fig. It looks really good on everyone, is a really nice, lightweight silk material and everyone loves the pockets!
This is color of the bridesmaid dresses.
I like how the darkness of the dresses stands out against the lightness of the gown.
Flower girl
This is my adorable niece in her flower girl dress. It's ivory to match mine, though it's hard to tell in the pics.

The Dress
My consultant picked it out as soon as I told her what I wanted and didn't want. I knew it was "the one" as soon as I put it on. It was the first store we went to and the third dress I tried on. It's going to be in ivory though. I did not think picking out a dress would be so easy!
